
The Lobby Bar at The Warehouse Hotel will be hosting a guest bartending shift on Thursday 21 March 2019 from 6pm to 11pm featuring acclaimed mixologist Roberto Cuda of The Sukhothai Bangkok.
Cocktail hounds may be familiar with Roberto Cuda, professional bartender extraordinaire and and bar consultant who currently plies his trade at The Zuk Bar in The Sukhothai Bangkok. The Italian native will be presenting three of his favourites, each a reinterpretation of a classic cocktail, inspired by his own experiences around the world. There’s the Hazelnut Americano – a classic Americano with a chocolate twist, the Bangkok-Turin, a Negroni that is an ode to both his native Italy and current hometown made from a combination of Thai gin, vermouth from Piemonte and a touch of spice, as well as Scent of the Sea – a Gimlet infused with plankton and seaweed for a savoury, briny flavour and a touch of smokiness from the addition of Talisker 10.
