Hentley Farm wine dinner at Sum Yi Tai

The Straits Wine Company is hosting a wine and food pairing session at restaurant bar Sum Yi Tai on Tuesday 31 May 2016 from 7pm to 9pm featuring the wines of Hentley Farm from Australia’s Barossa Valley.
This six-course Chinese tapas-style wine tasting session (menu listed below) will be an all-Shiraz shootout. Wines to be featured include:
- Hentley Farm Shiraz 2014
- Hentley Farm The Beauty Shiraz 2014
- Hentley Farm The Beast Shiraz 2013
- Clos Otto Shiraz 2012
