‘Taste The Stars’ at Zafferano

Part of Perrier Jouët‘s ‘Season of Gastronomy’ series of Champagne pairing dinners, Italian restaurant and lounge Zafferano will be holding Taste The Stars, a Champagne pairing dinner Tuesday 27 March 2018 at 7pm that will feature exclusive, rare vintages from Maison Perrier-Jouët.

This exclusive five-course dinner event will see dishes curated by Zafferano head chef Emanuele Faggi pair with the exquisite Champagnes from Maison Perrier-Jouët, one of France’s most historic and distinctive Champagne houses. Perrier-Jouët cellar master Hervé Deschamps shares his expertise and the subtle nuancesof the wines. Bubblies featured during this dinner include:
