Bitter Sweet Symphony: A Smoke & Mirrors Valentine’s Day special

Rooftop cocktail bar Smoke & Mirrors – located on an upper floor within the cavernous confines of National Galley Singapore offering a splendid view of the Padang and Marina Bay – will be celebrating Valentine’s Day this coming 14 February with a twist in “Bitter Sweet Symphony”.

Bitter Sweet Symphony is a specially curated one-day only affair (at S$128++ per couple) for the occasion that comes with a bottle of Montaribaldi Moscato d’Asti DOCG from Piedmont, Italy and a flight of three different styles of Cocchi vermouth – Cocchi Americano, Cocchi Rosa and Cocchi Barolo Chinato. The drinks will be accompanied by a selection of chocolates, walnuts, dried fruits and crafted Cocci-infused sweets, and makes a perfect aperitivo evening repast before your special Valentine’s Day dinner, or a relaxing digestif session after.

Combining Moscato d’Asti and vermouth is an experience that’s likely a liquid reminder – as we can imagine Smoke & Mirrors trying to imply – that love has both achingly sweet and soul-tearingly bitter moments, and is something every couple needs to be mindful of and appreciative for.

Smoke & Mirrors’ signature Illusion of Flavours cocktail menu by head bartender Jorge A. Conde will remain available on the day. Guests can choose to supplement the Valentine’s Day package with these unique Smoke & Mirrors’ cocktails.

Bitter Sweet Symphony is available only on this coming Valentine’s Day on 14 February 2020. Reservations are highly recommended.
