CIN CIN Guest Shift Vol 3 featuring Dee Atan of Summerlong

Gin bar CIN CIN at Oasia Hotel Downtown will be hosting Dee Atan, bartender at Summerlong and winner of the recent Copperhead Gin competition in Singapore, for a guest bartending shift on Wednesday 26 September 2018 from 7pm to 10pm.

The third instalment of CIN CIN’s Guest Shift series – following the one by CK Kho, owner-bartender of award-winning Kuala Lumpur bars Pahit and Coley- will feature Dee Atan from Summerlong, who recently emerged as winner of the Copperhead Gin competition this year. For one-night only, lovers of gin-based cocktails can get to try two specially crafted cocktails – King & Queen Ibiza and Quintessential Healing – which helped the veteran bartender from Summerlong win the competition.
