Mahota Singapore will be hosting a wine masterclass titled on Saturday 12 August 2017 from 3.30pm to 5.30pm entitled ‘The DNA of Wine’ as part of a wine education series.
The masterclass will be led by international wine specialist Lim Hwee Peng, CWE, FWS – recently awarded Sommelier Mentor of the Year by World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2016 – who will take participants through a journey of discovery into the world of wines and what make wines taste the way they do.
