Negroni Week Italian takeover at MO Bar

MO Bar at Mandarin Oriental will be hosting a Negroni Week Italian takeover on Sunday 30 June featuring a slew of Singapore-based Italian bartenders making their own takes on the Negroni cocktail.

As part of this year’s Negroni Week – which celebrates the iconic apéritif cocktail – MO Bar will be hosting four of the top Italian bartenders plying their trade in Singapore, including its very own head bartender Michele Mariotti for a special guest bartending shift to help bring the week-long celebration to a close. Mariotti will be joined by compatriots Davide Mollica of COMO Dempsey, Davide Boncimino of Madame Fan, and Giovanni Graziadei of award-winning Jigger & Pony, and each of them will be offering their own special twist on the Negroni.

For example, Mariotti will be showcasing a special coffee Negroni that’s composed of Brass Lion gin, Campari, Cocchi Dopo Teatro amaro vermouth, and a touch of Mr. Black Coffe Liqueur. Some of these Negronis even come with house-made chocolates for a cocktail-and-chocolate pairing experience.

Each Negroni cocktail at the Negroni Week Italian takeover will be sold at S$24 nett. The event will take place from 7pm till late on 30 June. No reservations required but recommended.
