The Poet of Valpolicella

In collaboration with Angra Wine & Spirit, wine bar La Terre will be hosting a wine tasting on Thursday 18 October 2018 at 7pm featuring the iconic wines of Verona, Italy-based Zyme.

Zyme brand ambassador Alberto Recupero will be on hand to guide participants in the tasting of the wines from the famed Valpolicella producer. Owner-winemaker Celestino Gaspari of Zyme is a veteran in his field, having learned winemaking in his family estate and then at Quintarelli – in fact he’s the son-in-law of Giuseppe Quintarelli, better known as “The Grandfather of Amarone” – before starting his own winery.

There will be six wines available for tasting (50ml each):

• Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2011
• Harlequin 2008
• Oseleta 2007
• La Mattonara (Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, Riserva 2004)
