Valentine’s Day dinner at Me@OUE

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Me@OUE on Tuesday 14 February 2017 with special wine and cocktail pairing dinner menus for a most romantic evening out.

Rooftop restaurant Me@OUE at OUE Bayfront are putting together two special set menus, complete with wine and cocktail pairings, for Valentine’s Day this year. The first is a four-course set menu that will be available from 6pm to 8pm at $190++ per person ($150++ without wine and cocktail pairing), while the second is a six-course set menu available from 8pm to 10pm at $280++ per person ($220++ without wine and cocktail pairing).

Four-course Valentine’s Day set menu (6pm to 8pm):

• Double Boiled Bamboo Fungus with an Italian Pinot Grigio (pictured above)
• Seafood Paradise with a Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
• Castaing Duck Breast with a La Chapelle du Pontensac Cabernet Merlot
• Lychee Raspberry Rose Bavarois with a Lychee-tini

Six-course Valentine’s Day set menu (6pm to 8pm):

• Gin & Tonic Salmon with Bee’s Knees
• Double Boiled Bamboo Fungus with an Italian Pinot Grigio (pictured above)
• Seafood Paradise with a Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
• Atlantic Black Cod with a Marlborough Chardonnay
• Castaing Duck Breast with a La Chapelle du Pontensac Cabernet Merlot
• Lychee Raspberry Rose Bavarois with a Lychee-tini
