Singapore’s contemporary Spanish restaurant Asador marks its fifth anniversary with a two-day celebratory event on 23 and 24 May 2026, spotlighting the Spanish wood-fired restaurant’s defining approach to fire-led cooking and ingredient-driven menus.

Held from 12pm to 3pm across both days, the anniversary event takes the form of a walkabout-style party featuring live jamón and binchotan grill stations, alongside free-flow cava, wine, and spirits. Guests can expect a rotating selection of tapas passed around the room, drawing from the restaurant’s best-selling dishes and long-standing signatures — a retrospective of sorts that traces its evolution since opening.

The format reflects the restaurant’s broader philosophy, one built on consistency and rather than constant reinvention. Anchored by a custom wood-fired oven imported from Zamora, Spain, Asador has, over the past five years, established a steady following through its focus on dry-aged meats, simply handled seafood, and Spanish-sourced produce treated with restraint.
