Food Japan 2024, ASEAN’s premier exhibition for Japanese food and beverage (F&B) products, returns for its 12th edition from 24 to 26 October 2024 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Hall 403. This event is a must-visit for F&B professionals and enthusiasts looking to explore the latest in Japan’s diverse food industry.

This year’s show will feature 194 exhibitors from 37 Japanese prefectures, including special pavilions like Tokyo, Himeji City, Sake and Spirits, and Dairy Products. Attendees can explore new product launches, including plant-based alternatives, eco-friendly packaging, and health-conscious options that reflect global trends in sustainability and wellness.

Trade professionals in Singapore’s F&B industry can expect to see many dedicated pavilions such as Tokyo, Himeji City, Onojo City, Sake and Spirits, Sake of Ehime, Processed Meat, and Dairy Products, offering a comprehensive display of Japan’s diverse food and beverage industry such as quality seasonal produce and unique prefecture specialties, innovative technology and machinery, and more.

Some key product highlights this year include regional specialities such as strawberries from Aichi, Omi beef, Hokkaido beef, and Ibaraki sweet potatoes. For those keen to explore sake, there will be a dedicated ‘Sake and Spirits of Japan’ pavilion, as well as another spotlighting the sakes of Ehime.

Food Japan 2024 also offers interactive displays, tastings, and cutting-edge food technologies, providing valuable insights into Japan’s culinary traditions and the latest industry innovations. Highlights include the J-Studio masterclasses, which focus on sake pairings and advancements in food tech.
