Bringing together the culinary personalities of Madison’s and MOGĀ for an expansive, cross-concept feast designed with families in mind, this one-day-only celebration at Pullman Singapore Hill Street spans multiple dining venues across the hotel and culminates in rooftop poolside relaxation.

The festive brunch begins at Madison’s, which leans into a New York-style spread anchored by a generous buffet. Expect a bakery station brimming with quiches, brioche loaves and overnight French toast alongside Easter staples such as hot cross buns and devilled eggs. A carving station turns out roasted lamb leg and lemon-garlic roasted chicken, while a chilled seafood counter showcases Boston lobster, tiger prawns, mussels and Japanese oysters. Elsewhere, a playful “New York Street” section serves comfort classics like chicken and waffles and indulgently topped scrambled eggs on sesame bagels.

Hot dishes range from slow-braised Angus beef cheek and BBQ pork spare ribs to roasted barramundi and smoked fish curry with naan, while a charcuterie and cheese bar rounds out the savoury options. Guests can also build their own salad bowls or opt for composed selections such as roasted pear salad or strawberry and goat cheese.

The experience then continues at MOGĀ, where the menu pivots toward modern Japanese izakaya flavours. A ramen station serves miso tonkotsu ramen with Hakata noodles, chashu broth and onsen egg, while sushi counters feature fresh sashimi and maki including avocado rolls and spicy salmon maki. Sides such as zaru soba, tamagoyaki and miso soup complete the savoury lineup before dessert arrives in the form of gelato, chocolate fondue and a curated selection of sweets.

Beyond the buffet, the event extends into family-friendly festivities. Children can participate in an Easter egg hunt, balloon sculpting and face painting, with prizes including staycations and dining vouchers. Each booking also includes a Le Petit Society Munch Mini lunch bag as a door gift.
