
Award-winning Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse is set to host beloved London steakhouse Hawksmoor for a four-hands dinner series from 24 to 27 June 2024.
Held as part of the Rare Tour – a travelling dining series that bring chefs of the world’s best steak restaurants around the globe – this culinary tie-up between Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse and Hawksmoor combines two lauded European steak traditions in one exclusive meat-centric tasting menu featuring signatures from the two restaurants, both of which have been named on World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants in 2024. The Dublin venue of Hawksmoor is listed at No.12, while long-standing Bistecca comes in at No.38, also Asia’s best steakhouse.
Priced at S$215++ per person, the four-course menu showcases Hawksmoor classics executed by Executive Chef Matt Brown such as Dry-Aged Grass-Fed Prime Rib of Beef with Anchovy Hollandaise, Ox Cheek Pudding & Bone Marrow Gravy, Beef Dripping Fried Chips, Slow Cooked Pork Belly Ribs & Vinegar Slaw, and Sticky Toffee Pudding & Clotted Cream.
From Bistecca you are looking at the likes of Stracciatella & Prosciutto Bruschetta with Fig Jam, Seared Scallops with Mint Salsa Verde, Tomato Puree & Artichoke, Bistecca’s Signature F1 Wagyu Steak, as well as their Classic Tiramisu.
