The Balvenie Whisky Dinner at Madame Fan

Swanky modern Chinese restaurant Madame Fan will be hosting a special whisky dinner on Friday 26 July 2019 featuring the whiskies of The Balvenie.

Madame Fan is best known for its contemporary take on Chinese cuisine (although cocktail hounds may argue otherwise considering its cocktail bar is led by award-winning bartender Davide Boncimino) and for this six-course dinner event it will pair a specially curated food menu with the whiskies of Speyside distillery The Balvenie.

Hosted by The Balvenie’s Taiwan brand ambassador Daniel Shen, each course will be alternated with a tasting of a Balvenie whisky or a cocktail creation using The Balvenie. Whiskies featured during this dinner are:

• The Balvenie 14YO Caribbean Cask
• The Balvenie 17YO DoubleWood
• The Balvenie 21YO PortWood
