The Grand Champagne Brunch at 1-Atico

As part of 1-Group’s 20th anniversary celebrations, 1-Atico raises the bar for Sunday brunch indulgence with its Grand Champagne Brunch — a sky-high feast 218 metres above Orchard Road on Sunday 21 September from 12pm to 3pm.

Guests can expect a lavish spread drawn from 14 of 1-Group’s signature restaurants — including FIRE and FLINT at 1-Atico, but also Kaarla, Oumi and newly-opened La Torre at 1-Alfaro by MONTI, among many others — featuring everything from a seafood showcase of lobsters and oysters to bluefin tuna sashimi, Nikkei-inspired tacos, roast suckling pig, truffle risotto, and Argentinian asado.

The experience is further elevated with live carvings and culinary theatre, a roving oyster bar, giant burrata and charcuterie displays, artisanal cheeses, and decadent desserts including tiramisu, nitrogen ice cream, and a Sicilian cannoleria. Entertainment comes courtesy of a live band, saxophonist, and international DJ Stephen Day.

Three champagne packages set the tone: BRUT (S$188++) with free-flow Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut, CUVÉE (S$228++) with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016, or the extravagant GRAND CRU (S$798++) with free-flow Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015. Children dine at $88++ (ages 3–12).
