Brewlander is doubling down on Singapore’s thirst for better brews with the return of Brewnanza Fest 2025 — a bold, boozy celebration of hops, beats, and bites at Marina Bay Sands.

The global craft beer industry may be somewhat in the doldrums right now, but that’s not stopping leading local craft beer powerhouse Brewlander from doing what it does best — promote craft beer in Singapore. Rather than staring forlornly at the dregs at the bottom of its pint glass, it is bringing Brewnanza Fest back for its 2025 edition.

Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore’s largest and rowdiest craft beer celebration is set to pour its third and most ambitious edition yet, taking over the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 29 to 31 August 2025 for an unmissable weekend of brews, beats and bites. With over 100 brews from around the world — including exclusive festival-only releases and rare international collaborations — Brewnanza Fest 2025 will be a playground for the craft-curious and seasoned beer geeks alike.

Expect everything from hazy IPAs and tart sours to wild-fermented ales and decadent dessert stouts… and more.

Expect over 100 local and international craft brews

Global Brews, Local Heroes

The festival’s headliners include a strong Singapore contingent. At its heart, of course, will be Brewlander, which will be debuting a limited-edition 2025 festival brew. But they’ll also be joined by other local breweries such as Alive Brewing, Lion Brewery Co., and Ren Min.

Internationally, Brewnanza Fest 2025 will welcome a whopping 16 breweries from across America under the banner of the Brewers Association; craft beer lovers can expect cult breweries like Fremont Brewing and Side Project, revered for their barrel-aged and mixed fermentation beers, for example.

Europe and Asia are just as well represented, with UK’s Verdant Brewing Co., Finland’s Revenant Brewing Project, Japan’s West Coast Brewing and Uchu Brewing, Thailand’s Samata, as well as Young Master and Heroes Beer Co. from Hong Kong, joining the fray.

Returning icons Germany’s Sudden Death Brewing and Australia’s Rocky Ridge round out the global roll call.

Beyond the Beer

Brewnanza is as much about good times as it is about good beer. There’ll be plenty of entertainment with live music and DJ sets keep the party going late into the night, while an exciting food line-up — curated to pair perfectly with a pint — awaits.

Craving some Mexican bites? There’s Papi’s Tacos and Chico Loco. Hankering for good fall-off-the-bone American barbecue? Try Katong neighbourhood favourite Smokeys BBQ. Prefer burgers? There’s Black Tap.

Making their Brewnanza debut is MEOW Barbecue with flame-licked Chinese-style skewers, while fellow newbies Two & A Half Chefs are set to dish out some beer-friendly fare like bangers & mash, pulled pork and three-hour wine braised beef cheeks.

Not a beer drinker? There’ll also be cocktails on tap by Taiwan’s Draft Land and artisanal ciders from Dancing Cider.

John Wei of Brewlander

Beyond the revelry, Brewnanza will also feature brewing masterclasses and live demos by industry pros, offering the beer-curious an opportunity to learn about beer beyond the glass.

“Brewnanza has always been about making craft beer approachable for new drinkers, while giving long-time fans something to get excited about,” says Brewlander founder John Wei. “When we first started, most people played it safe (with lagers). Now, they’re chasing down barrel-aged sours and geeking out over wild fermented ale.”

“That shift says a lot — people are becoming more curious, more adventurous. This year’s line-up taps into that energy and gives a glimpse into how the scene is growing and evolving,” Wei added.

Brewnanza Fest 2025 opens 6pm to 2am on Friday 29 August, continues from 2pm to 2am on Saturday 30 August, and concludes from 12pm to 10.30pm on Sunday 31 August. Tickets for entry (which come with one pint of Brewlander’s festival brew) are priced from S$38 to S$43. You can purchase your tickets here.
