De Stefani wine dinner at Zafferano

Italian restaurant and lounge Zafferano will be hosting a wine dinner on Tuesday 28 November 2017 at 7pm featuring the Venetian wines of De Stefani.

Hailing from the hills of Refrontolo in North Venice, De Stefani was established in the 1800s by founder Valeriano De Stefani who had sought out the best soil with rare personality for cultivating vines. Today, the family vineyard is managed by fourth generation Dr Alessandro De Stefani, producing transcendent quality through environmentally-friendly methods while following the family’s age-old tradition of winemaking.

For this one-night only four-course wine dinner, Dr Alessandro De-Stefani – the owner and winemaker of the winery – will be present to guide the tasting of the four De Stefani wines accompanying the specially curated menu by Zafferano Head Chef Marco Guccio. The wines are:
