Fire & Farm: Dining on the Rocks x Jampa (Koh Samui)

Sustainability takes centre stage at Dining on the Rocks this August as Six Senses Samui Executive Chef Kien Wagner welcomes Chef Gongpitak “Im” Boontanaveerapat of Phuket’s MICHELIN Green Star restaurant Jampa for ‘Fire & Farm’, a two-night four-hands collaboration on 13 and 15 August 2026.

Bringing together the distinct terroirs of Samui and Phuket, the six-course tasting menu draws on produce harvested from Six Senses Samui’s Farm on the Hill alongside ingredients sourced through Jampa’s network of regenerative farmers, artisans and fishermen. Expect southern Thai seafood, peak-season vegetables, native herbs and fruits prepared with a light touch that allows each ingredient to shine, reflecting both chefs’ shared philosophy of thoughtful sourcing and restrained, produce-led cooking.

The collaboration also brings Jampa’s acclaimed wood-fired, minimal-waste approach to Samui, where it meets the sustainability ethos that underpins Six Senses Samui’s kitchens. Served on Dining on the Rocks’ dramatic clifftop terraces overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, the dinner offers a fitting setting for a conversation between two kitchens united by a belief that great cooking begins long before ingredients reach the plate.

The six-course menu will be served across two seatings each evening, with advance reservations recommended due to limited capacity.
