Modern European restaurant La Ventana will be hosting a sake pairing dinner on Tuesday 14 November 2017 from 7pm featuring premium Japanese sakes from the Tochigi prefecture.
This 6-course sake pairing dinner will put together contemporary European dishes from new La Ventana head chef Toni Valero with 5 sakes and 1 liqueur from Japan’s Tochigi prefecture:
