LeVeL33 x Carlitos: A Brewery-Inspired Spanish Brunch

LeVeL33 and Carlitos Casa de Comidas will be joining forces to present a one-day-only Brewery-Inspired Spanish Brunch on 13 June 2026, bringing together Spanish tapas culture, brewery-led cooking, and drinks against Marina Bay views. The brunch pairs the contemporary beer-centric approach of award-winning sky-high brewery restaurant LeVeL33 with the Catalan-influenced cooking of Chef Carlos Montobbio, promising an afternoon shaped by tapas, live music, and Spanish conviviality.

Available from 12pm to 3pm, the experience is led by LeVeL33 Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski and Barcelona-born Chef Carlos Montobbio of Carlitos. Guests can expect a rotating selection of 10 free-flow tapas dishes, with five creations from each concept, alongside a soundtrack of cumbia, salsa, and Latin-inspired beats by DJ El-KING.

Highlights from LeVeL33 lean into its brewery-inspired “ContemBrewery” philosophy, with dishes such as Gambas al Ajillo served with beer flatbread, Beer Battered Padrón Peppers topped with smoked garlic aioli and fried chorizo, Charcoal-Grilled Fremantle Octopus, and Westholme Wagyu Petite Tender. Meanwhile, Carlitos brings Spanish staples including Gilda Pintxo, Croquetas de Chipirón, Tapa de Paella with secreto ibérico, and its signature Tarta de Queso finished with raspberry and chilli jam.

An optional beverage package adds free-flow pours of LeVeL33’s freshly brewed beers — including Blond Lager, IPA and Stout — alongside sangria, Aperol Spritz with Cava, Spanish wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
