Octomore Series 16 Exhibition

Bruichladdich brings its boundary-pushing Octomore Series 16 to Singapore this December, unveiling three new ultra-peaty expressions alongside a three-day immersive exhibition at Stamford Arts Centre.

In the Scotch whisky universe, Octomore sits in a category of its own. While Islay is famed for maritime, medicinal peat, Octomore by Bruichladdich pushes phenol levels to stratospheric heights while remaining unexpectedly elegant, textural, and deeply expressive. Its newly-released Octomore Series 16 is liquid proof, and Singapore will be among the first in the region to experience the world’s most heavily peated Scotch whisky in all its sensory complexity over a three-day immersive exhibition at Stamford Arts Centre in December.

Running 4–6 December 2025, the pop-up gallery invites guests to explore the “Impossible Equation” behind the world’s most heavily peated single malt through scent-driven installations, soundscapes, and guided tasting sessions.

Visitors can book guided tasting sessions, explore the Series 16 lineup, and enjoy a special discount on bottles purchased at the venue. A curated Octomore tasting flight will be available for S$32 (advance) or S$36 (walk-in). Visitors purchasing all three bottles will receive a complimentary whisky tasting set.

Ahead of the exhibition, whisky lovers can also join an exclusive masterclass with Global Brand Ambassador Abigail Clephane on 1 December at 7pm at The Single Cask, featuring a tasting of Bruichladdich’s latest Singapore releases including the new Micro Provenance Single Cask #1558. Tickets start from S$39.
