Fire, flavour, and finesse converge in this one-night-only six-hands dinner on 27 August from 6pm at Osteria Mozza Singapore that brings together three titans of wood-fire cooking: American celebrity chef Nancy Silverton of Osteria Mozza fame, Dave Pynt of award-winning Burnt Ends, and Jordan Keao from Raffles Hotel’s Butcher’s Block. Taking place at Osteria Mozza Singapore in Hilton Singapore Orchard, this collaborative dinner will highlight ingredient-led cuisine, whole-animal butchery, and a shared zero-waste ethos — all expressed through the primal, flame-kissed lens of open-fire cooking.
