The elegance of Maison Chapuy Champagne meets the artistry of Rhône Valley winemaker Yves Cuilleron in this refined six-course wine dinner at Jade on Friday 17 October 2025 held as part of Wine Discovery Weekend 2025 organised by wine importer Ewineasia.com.

Expect Cantonese classics reimagined with luxury pairings, such as Crispy Gindara with Puffed Rice served with Champagne Chapuy Blanc de Blancs 2018, and Seared A4 Kagoshima Wagyu Beef with Truffle Mushrooms matched to Yves Cuilleron Côte-Rôtie Bassonon 2022. Other highlights include Oven-Baked Chilean Sea Perch with Spicy Bean Crumb paired with Viognier IGP 2024 and Australian Lobster glazed with Royal Soy alongside Saint-Joseph Les Pierres Sèches 2023.

Guiding the evening will be Yves Cuilleron himself, joined by Antoine Sommen of Champagne Chapuy, offering guests an intimate exploration of French terroirs through stories and exceptional cuvées.
