Rumari & Friends featuring Restaurant A (Bali)

Raffles Bali’s acclaimed Rumari & Friends dining series returns on 21 and 22 August 2026. Following a successful edition featuring Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo of Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu last month, this time it welcomes Chef Alain Huang of Taipei’s two-MICHELIN-starred Restaurant A for a two-night four-hands collaboration with Rumari’s Chef Gaetan Biesuz.

United by a philosophy that lets exceptional ingredients take centre stage, the two chefs will present a multi-course menu that bridges Rumari’s progressive Indonesian cuisine with Chef Huang’s self-described “CONTINUMIC” approach — a culinary philosophy centred on continual evolution while remaining rooted in tradition. The resulting menu draws on Indonesia’s rich produce and biodiversity, complemented by contemporary French influences and seasonal creativity.

Guests can choose between the signature tasting menu served in Rumari’s elegant dining room or a more intimate chef’s table experience at the limited-seat Rumari Counter, where diners can enjoy the collaboration up close.
