LATINADA 2025: Singapore’s largest Latin American street food and music returns with a scintillating 14 chef lineup for its third edition.
LATINADA, Singapore’s favourite – and only – Latin American festival, returns for the third time, and its 2025 edition promises to be even bigger and better. Indeed the food and music street festival this year has grown to a three-day affair from two days in previous editions, and will run from 21 to 23 March 2025 at Peruvian restaurant Canchita on Dempsey Hill.
Founded by husband-and-wife chef-owners Daniel and Tamara Chavez of Canchita to celebrate the best of Latin America, LATINADA 2025 is going to be three full-blown days celebrating the best of Latin American flavours and culture. The Latino fiesta will welcome an all-star lineup of 14 chefs from across the region, all of whom will be presenting the myriad of Latin American cuisines.
Festival goers can expect authentic street food flavours from Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Venezuela — think fresh ceviches, crispy tostadas, juicy tacos, smoky choripanes, crunchy chicharrones, and hearty arepas. Don’t forget to save room for indulgent desserts like pastel and tres leches.
This year, the festival will be split into two thematic areas — the Inka Room and the Amazon Room — each offering an immersive experience of Latin American culinary traditions.
Beyond the tantalising food, LATINADA 2025 willturn up the heat with an electrifying entertainment lineup. Get into the groove with live music, DJ sets, and a mix of cultural performances, including Colombian and Mexican traditional dances, Batukada drumming, and high-energy Zumba and Bachata classes.
LATINADA is also set to host its first-ever edition in Bangkok later this year. Set against the stunning backdrop of Lumpini Lawn at Dusit Thani Bangkok, the inaugural LATINADA Bangkok is expected to take place on 18 and 19 October 2025.
