Western Australia’s vibrant food and wine scene takes over Singapore this September as WA! Fest returns with farmers’ markets, chef-driven dinners, and a taste of Margaret River terroir.
For four days this September, Singapore will taste a little more like Margaret River when WA! Fest makes its much-anticipated return. Running 11 to 14 September 2025, this festival celebrating all things Western Australia — organised by Tourism Western Australia in partnership with premium grocer Little Farms — is set to transform pockets of Singapore’s Central Business District and Sentosa into showcases of the Australian state’s extraordinary food and wine culture.
Think bustling farmers’ markets at One Raffles Place and Sentosa Cove, brimming with WA produce you’d rarely find outside the state — everything from nutrient-rich sea moss harvested off its rugged coastline to honey drawn from wildflowers that only bloom in its corner of the world.

But WA! Fest isn’t just about shopping baskets. It’s about stories of place told through food. At the heart of the programme is a series of intimate dinners with Chef Aaron Carr (pictured above) of Yarri Restaurant + Bar in Margaret River. Carr’s cooking, rooted in modern Australian sensibilities, is a celebration of seasonality and terroir. For the Singapore events, he’s bringing dishes created entirely with Western Australian ingredients — an edible postcard from the vineyards, forests, and coastlines of his beloved home region.
“WA! Fest is a true celebration of Western Australia’s unique gastronomy,” says Tourism WA managing director Anneke Brown. And she’s right: the event is less festival spectacle and more an invitation to discover what makes WA’s agrifood culture distinct, and why you find premium WA produce — ranging from top-range beef and fresh seafood to dairy products and honey — in Singapore’s top restaurants.
And world-class wine, of course.
There’s also incentive for festival goers to dig deeper. One lucky participant is set to win a dream getaway to Western Australia, worth AUS$5,000, if they share their favourite Western Australian products from Little Farms on Instagram. This four-night escape in November to Margaret River is timed with the second edition of Pair’d, following a successful debut of the region’s newest food and wine festival last year.
