Singapore Cocktail Crossover (SGCX) arrives this June with strong ambitions of positioning cocktails as a gateway into food, art, fashion, music and contemporary culture.

The Singapore Cocktail Crossover — or SGCX — has finally announced its full 2026 festival lineup, and what a party it will be. Running from 9 to 14 June 2026, this inaugural SGCX edition will witness Singapore’s first-ever Cocktails x Lifestyle festival, unfolding through 14 citywide events before culminating in a two-day festival weekend at METT Singapore.

More than 15 award-winning bars from eight countries are slated to participate, including heavyweight names such as Bar Leone from Hong Kong (#1 World’s 50 Best Bars 2025),  Barcelona’s Paradiso (#1 World’s 50 Best Bars 2022), Zest from Seoul (#2 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024), and even newcomer Sip & Guzzle of New York, which debuted at #39 in World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 as the year’s ‘Best New Opening’.

Unlike traditional cocktail weeks built primarily around bar takeovers, SGCX is attempting something broader: treating cocktails as a connective tissue between food, art, music, fashion and wellness. Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, SGCX will be activating heritage nightlife districts spanning Bugis, Amoy Street, Robertson Quay and Tanjong Pagar through collaborations over four evenings that deliberately move beyond the familiar guest shift format.

Cocktails galore this June

Among the more intriguing pairings is Barcelona’s celebrated Paradiso taking over LAVO on 12 June alongside MS Bar Trends, the atelier founded by Margarita Sáder, where bespoke aprons become part of the storytelling around bartender identity and hospitality.

Elsewhere, Bengaluru’s Soka collaborates with perfumery Rahasya at Stay Gold Flamingo in a fragrance-driven exploration where aroma informs flavour, while Seoul’s Zest joins forces with Singapore’s own Jigger & Pony and Korean restaurant and makgeolli bar Odem to examine traditional Korean sool through cocktails and food.

Then there’s the flagship SGCX festival weekend at METT Singapore, which extends beyond drinks into live music programming, caviar tastings, wellness treatments, personal styling experiences, and even a padel tournament — an unusual addition perhaps, but one aligned with younger affluent audiences who increasingly move fluidly between fitness, hospitality and nightlife.

Revellers can expect more than 30 stalls and over 50 drinks brands to feature across the festival floor, spanning spirits, beers, Korean traditional liquors and yes, even non-alcoholic offerings.

Another noteworthy development is the introduction of the inaugural SGCX Bar Awards, designed as a community-led recognition platform guided by three Academy Chairs and more than 65 Singapore-based voters spanning industry professionals, media and regular consumers.

Cocktail industry observers might note how the SGCX programme reflects a notable shift in the way cocktail events are being conceived globally. The most successful modern festivals increasingly understand that consumers no longer engage with bars in isolation; cocktails sit within larger lifestyle ecosystems shaped by music, design, dining, and even wellness.

In that sense, Singapore Cocktail Crossover is as much a festival as it is a cocktail movement that serves as a gateway for contemporary cultural exchange, one that’s altogether needed after the disappearance of the now-defunct Singapore Cocktail Festival in recent years left a noticeable vacuum.

The Lion City once again has a contemporary platform to showcase its cocktail excellence.

Tickets for Singapore Cocktail Crossover 2026 are priced from S$55+, with access covering both citywide events and the METT Singapore festival weekend. Find the full SGCX 2026 programme schedule here: https://www.sgcx.sg/.
